Poccuo joined forces with ICSW to engage in a full-scale rebranding initiative that would effectively convey the ICSW narrative — its legacy, its community, its benefits, and its distinct characteristics. This began with a website. Poccuo breathed new life into the school’s site by carefully structuring the content it contains, enhancing usability by offering multiple pathways to information, implementing features such as an online application, and developing a professional aesthetic that doesn’t get in the way. Next came a new logo, which works to convey ICSW’s educational mission. Poccuo provided strategy and implementation for a communications campaign that has resulted in increased information requests, increased applications, and wider awareness of ICSW on the clinical social work landscape. Poccuo continues to collaborate with ICSW on market-based research, site maintenance, course catalogs, annual reports, eNewsletters, copy for all media, and all of ICSW’s other print and electronic promotional materials.
